By accessing or using tomohub.app ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time — continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Use of Service

tomohub.app is an unofficial fan-made website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Nintendo Co., Ltd. in any way. The Site provides tools and resources for players of Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream, including a Mii gallery with slider parameters and a save file editor.

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use the Site to distribute malware, engage in scraping beyond reasonable personal use, or attempt to disrupt the Site's operation.

Intellectual Property

Tomodachi Life is a trademark of Nintendo Co., Ltd. All Tomodachi Life game content, characters, and assets are the intellectual property of Nintendo. tomohub.app does not claim ownership of any Nintendo intellectual property.

The tools, code, and original content created by tomohub.app (including the save editor, site design, and original written content) are the property of tomohub.app. Mii slider parameters and character data in the gallery are community-contributed and based on publicly available information.

Save Editor

The save editor tool processes your game save files locally in your browser. You use this tool at your own risk. We strongly recommend backing up your save file before making any edits. tomohub.app is not responsible for corrupted save files, lost game progress, or any other consequences of using the save editor.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Mii slider parameters are provided by the community and may not be perfectly accurate. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Site.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, tomohub.app and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. This includes but is not limited to lost game data, corrupted save files, or any other damages resulting from use of the tools provided. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Site shall not exceed zero dollars, as the Site is provided free of charge.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from use of the Site will be resolved through good-faith negotiation where possible.
